OKboomer Returns and Exchange Policy

At OKboomer, we want you to love your shades as much as we love creating them. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we've created this returns and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility
- You may return your OKboomer sunglasses within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

1.2 Process
1. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@okboomer.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Please pack your item securely and include the original packing slip.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

1.3 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
